Sacred Heart Hoops Fund

For the last decade, I have been funding and coaching the basketball teams for Sacred Heart School, located in the Greenville section of Jersey City. Sacred Heart is an inner city Catholic School that provides a sound faith-based education to the kids from an area of Jersey City that need it the most. When I first started working at the school, they had no basketball program and I made it a goal of mine to start one. Through the generosity of people like you, we started that program and have watched it flourish over the years. Basketball is an important outlet for these kids who may not have the resources at home to get the necessary equipment or uniforms to play, and with your help we keep them off the streets and on the court.

Your donations allow us to get the kids uniforms, sweatshirts, as well as pay for practice time and league fees. Any additional funds go to equipment and team pizza parties.
