Sabrina sadly lost her life to her brain disease Jan 8 2021. This mental illness took her from the vibrant young, beautiful 17 year old girl to a place that no parent dares to imagine. She had a strong desire to help others so this is our way to continue her dream. Her graduating year is 2022 so to our goal is to offer a $2022 scholarship to as many students over years to come. We want keep her name (Sabrina Noelle DuPrey) alive in the community she loved so much.
Our plan is to continue to help as many students as possible by offering scholarships. The criteria will be Mental Health related with a strong emphasis on ending the stigma. This is a disease like any other cancer. Treatments are there, but like any disease, sometimes the treatments do not work.
We are constantly updating the website. Events, classes, merchandise are sold to go directly to this fund. This is the early stages of the Sabrina Noelle Foundation , we are in the process of becoming a non profit.
