Sabatini Strong

Debbie Sabatini has recently been diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. A 52 year old single mom, Debbie will be undergoing chemotherapy treatment, a mastectomy and radiation treatments over the course of the next year which will result in financial hardships due to her inability to work as often as she normally would. A life-long resident of Hamburg, Debbie is a hardworking, wonderful, caring and positive friend and member of the community. Debbie always sees the glass half-full and is an encouragement to everyone she is around.
She is also extremely determined and a hard worker. She went back to college at the age of 47 and received her Associates in Medical Administrative Assistant degree (with a 4.0 GPA) while working two (2) jobs to support her daughter. All the while Debbie has, on numerous occasions, helped with charity benefits such as craft drives, bingo events and much more at Elderwood Nursing Home. She and her daughter Lily helped organize a Christmas clothes drive for those in need. She also helped with Relay for Life cancer walk to help raise funds for cancer treatment. Finally, as part of the Windsong Radiology family, Debbie is part of a team which devotes its practice to diagnosing and helping woman fight the battle against breast cancer.
Now, it is time to return the kindness to Debbie and help her with her own personal battle against this disease. We are having a benefit for her so that she can focus on her recovery and not worry about making ends meet for herself and her 14 year old daughter, Lily.
We wanted to provide a way for friends to donate if they were unable to attend the benefit oct. 8th or those that wanted to provide a monetary donation to help  Debbie & Lily  during this difficult time.
