I’m Saati and I’m raising further funds to progress my current transition.

Last year I fundraised for a course of 8 laser facial hair removal sessions as well as funds to cover me starting on HRT. It’s now been a year and I’m continually grateful for what people’s generosity and support allowed me to achieve both outwardly and inwards!

I’m now seeking funds for further laser facial hair removal as well as body hair removal, of areas that continue to make me feel dysphoric.

I’d also like to raise funds to go towards my legal name change and getting a new passport with my chosen name. In addition to this, I wish to start to think about FFS and so I would love the opportunity to travel to a chosen clinic in Spain for a consultation.

Work for me is very minimal right now and the cost of living crisis is hitting us all hard, but especially trans people and especially those from low economic backgrounds, without family support.

I thought by now that I would be able to access treatments like laser on the NHS however due to wait times for both GICs and pilots I haven’t been able to, nor does it look like this will happen for me in the near future.
