Steven Joseph Fagergren’s Headstone Fund

Steven Joseph Fagergren was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on February 16th, 1959 to Joseph and Marie Fagergren.
He spent his childhood growing up in Fountain Valley, California with his four siblings: Tina, Lori, Jan and Kris.
Steve spent his spare time surfing and windsurfing the oceans and many, many lakes around the Western United States. He loved to hike big hikes, ride motorcycles and enjoy anything to do with being outdoors. He loved to work at his job up at Alta Ski Resort where he ran a ski lift and took advantage of all the skiing perks Alta gave him for working there.
Later in life, he was frustrated that his body plagued him of his inability to be outdoors, but we know he’s in a better place now where he no longer is limited by the affects of a hereditary disease.
Steve loved his kids Zeph and Raven Fagergren so much. He would have endless conversations with his friends about how much pride he had in them and how much he loved them. He was an amazing, supportive father.

As everyone knows, funeral services are expensive. Our family has been lucky enough to receive help already from so many to cover costs for Steve’s services. Thank you so much to everyone that’s helped out so far! We appreciate everyone so much for all the love and help for everything!
But now that he’s been laid to rest, we still need help with getting Steve a headstone.
We are asking for help from anyone that wants to help donate to getting Steve a headstone.
Here are the fund amounts we are shooting for:
1. A minimum of $1600 for a basic headstone.
2. $2000 for a more custom, yet similar headstone to Steve’s parents.
3. $2000+ A more custom and better quality headstone.
