Wife was in a BAD accident please help

As some of you know my wife was in a horrific accident head on. She's needing multiple surgeries and the only vehicle that Elizabeth Neville and I had was obviously totaled so needless to say we are going to be needing a vehicle so that I can get back and forth to work and to the hospital. We live in Alabama but Liz was flown to a hospital in Tennessee ( a really good hospital) and she's going to be there for awhile. So for me to get back and forth it's going to be hard without a car. So if anyone feels it in their heart to donate and help please help we really need it right now and if you pray say a prayer for Liz she's needing them. Thank.
