Darnell's Funeral Costs

Friends and family, if you don't already know, we regrettably must inform you that Darnell has passed away. He had an encounter with shellfish, which he is allergic to, and went into anaphylactic shock. Since it was so unexpected, he had no life insurance and the costs of the funeral are going to be difficult to handle, especially since our family is trying to grieve.

Darnell was my uncle and he was the life of the party. Truly, our family get togethers will not be the same without his humor and bright personality. Everyone loved him. When he walked into a room, tension immediately dissipated and everyone was happy. He was one of the coolest and happiest people I've ever met. He took in my cousin Tommy (Jr.) as if he were his own son, took care of him, and was a role model in his life. Needless to say, he brought my Auntie and my cousin a lot of happiness. They were a beautiful family.

I'm organizing this fundraiser because I know family is the most important thing in life, and so many of you are willing to help in times of distress. I want us to gather together to support those that are suffering without Darnell. It's bad enough he's gone, but now they have to organize and pay for his funeral and burial and I just can't sit by and watch them go without help. Please consider donating, it would mean the world to all of us, even if it's $5 here and there. It will make a difference, I promise you.
