Support for the Laakso Family

Many of you know that our dear friend, Crystal and her family, have recently endured the loss of her mother, Myra Laakso, due to ongoing health issues that bore too hard for Myra to fight any longer.  For all that knew Myra, knew her strength and knew that she was a fighter and fought every day of her fulfilled life for her wonderful husband, two beautiful daughters, and their precious families. Crystal and Sherae are now in town with their dad, Raymond, and are planning the final journey on earth for their beloved wife, mother, grammy, aunt,  and dear friend who will be greatly missed by all of us.

Please let's join together to repay her spirit of love and giving. Let’s continue Myra’s fight and give her a beautiful departure that she absolutely deserves!  One filled with her family here, celebrating her wonderful life and beautiful soul. This is what Myra would love the most! We all know that Myra was all about family, no matter who you were … you were always welcomed as family!

Let's give back to Myra and help her family by lessening the financial burden of the loss of their loved one. Any and all donations will go towards her memorial and travel expenses to get her son-in-law’s, grandbabies, and dear family and friends here will be tremendously appreciated by the Laakso family!

A memorial service for Myra Laakso will be held on April 4, 2016 at 1 pm at the Chapel of Chimes Legacy Funeral Home located at 415 Illinois Street, Fairbanks, AK.
