John Joseph Woodruff's Funeral Fund

We are the Woodruff family (Children of John Joseph Woodruff).
On Sunday, December 6, our father passed away suddenly from a major heart attack. Unfortunately he was unable to leave his wife with any life insurance, due to his having diabetes. He left his family the morning after he helped them move into a new home. Though we have banded together emotionally, and have been there to support one another, we do not have the monetary funds to support our mother through this difficult time.
The money raised in this campaign will go towards funding the funeral of our much loved father, a town pillar, and veteran.
Funds for the funeral are needed as soon as possible; his funeral will be held on Saturday the 12th of December, though we will keep the campaign going for a few days after. Even the smallest donation will make a great difference.
We have been blessed to be able to come together to support each other as a family, but wish we could do more to help ease the burden of our beloved mother. Our father was an incredible man who not only served his country in Vietnam, he served the community as a police officer, friend, and hero to many. We will mostly remember his service to his family, as a loving, selfless, and incredible husband, father, and grandpa.
We would like to thank you so much for taking the time to read about our incredible father, and for your donation. The generosity of many has already overwhelmed us, and reminded us how loved and special our father was.
