Mission for Mama

Hi my name is Juli, I am fundraising for my mom to get a double lung transplant through Cleveland clinic.

Here is our story:

We are a family of givers. Anyone who knows us knows we would (and often have) give the shirt off our back to help anyone we can!! This is where things get tough! We are used to giving and not receiving.

My mom Laurie Frederick Taylor has been diagnosed with Stage 4 COPD, this diagnosis combined with her past history of bilateral spontaneous pneumothorax have made her a complex case and her only two avenues are a miracle from God, which is what we are praying for or a double lung transplant.

In order to do the transplant, Cleveland Clinic needs to see that she has $20,000 in an account.

Mom raised us as a single parent never accepting help from the absent parents or government. She always figures things out on her own. At this time She is being humbled and having to ask for help. Just thinking about it makes her cry. She thinks someone else deserves the help and the lungs more than she does.

Well Mom you are wrong, you deserve it! You deserve a second chance at life, a breath of fresh air (literally) and you deserve all the help and prayers you can get!
