Cancer Stricken Family Needs Help

Hi, my name is Kaitlyn Wright and I've set up this page to support my amazing sister Alena and her beautiful family as they begin a difficult ordeal.



Alena's partner and best friend Steven has been diagnosed with stage three stomach cancer and is undergoing thorastic surgery this morning, August 24th. As if the long journey ahead wouldn't be hard enough, Alena and Steven share four children in their house and now have had their household income slashed.



Alena, the only person in the household able to work, is a registered nurse who works more hours than most could comprehend. As you can imagine, it is becoming increasingly difficult to stay afloat.



It breaks my heart that someone who has devoted their life to helping others is facing such hardship.



My only wish is that my sister can, as she always has, be there to lend her support. Her current work situation will not allow her paid time off and loosing any income would only further stress their already difficult financial situation.



Any amount that you could give would mean the world to my sisters amazing family and allow my sister to be there for my beautiful nieces as they undergo this life altering circumstance.
