Help our family lay our father to rest.
My dad was diagnosed with COVID last month at the hospital but was sent home only with medication, even though he had underlying health issues
and was 77 years old. We took him to the Oliveview hospital again where they transferred him to UCLA Harbor.
He had cardiac arrest on the morning of Monday January 11th. He did not wake up and sadly passed away the next day Tuesday January 12th, 2021.
We never expect this loss, with Covid and being quarantine his passing, has really affected our family. Sadness part of it all, We were unable to say
goodbye we were offered only a Zoom video and were able to see him only through the window for a few minutes.
He was an amazing father to four bio kids and one step daughter who he took in as his own, A wonderful man full of life, and always happy. Left us only great memories that we will cherish with great love.
The mortuaries have told us there is a waiting list and it can take weeks or months to put him to rest. In the meantime, I am asking for your help in any amount you are able to donate, We understand that Covid has impacted all of us financially, so any small donation will go a very long way.
