Helping the dogs

Where to start..... My cousin's house was broken into and someone shot her dogs. The dogs( Diesel and Dobby) not only mean the world to her and her husband but they mean the world to there kids. The dog in the pic ( Diesel) is in need of surgerys the family cant afford so i turn to yall in hopes that we can rase enough to help them. The dog in the pic (Diesel) belongs to her son whom is in the U.S Marine Corp and is not home to be with his dog at this time. Anything will help with being able to help save these guys from haveing to be put down. 
    The sooner we can rase what we can (started at $1000 but i know they have racked up bills over $3000 already) the better the chance at saveing them we have.
    In conclousion I know the family would be very gratefull and so would I for any and all the help we can get to get the dogs back to a happy and health life.
