Anything helps

My beautiful girlfriend was injured at work a few weeks ago and hasn't been getting any better. Doctors are taking round about ways to come up with a diagnosis and it's keeping us from being able to cover our bills. I am way over my head trying to make all of her payments on time as well as my own. Anything that you can offer is greatly appreciated and will help get us back on our feet.
