Christopher’s Cause

This GoFund Me page is being established for Tom & Julie Gilleo.     There family is in need of our assistance as  their son Christopher will undergo multiple major surgeries over the next several months beginning tomorrow. Christopher will have surgery tomorrow for Chiari decompression as a result of his Chiari Malformation. Chiari decompression surgery removes bone at the back of the skull to widen the foramen magnum and create space for the brain.   During pre-surgery surveillance and follow up from Christopher's cardiac doctors from his previous heart surgery, they discovered that Christopher had a condition called Anomalous Right Coronary Artery.  Doctors informed the Gilleo’s that Christopher will also require open heart surgery to correct this condition once he recovers from his surgery tomorrow.  This will make 4 major surgeries for Christopher over a period of a 8 months.   Although medical insurance is covering a majority of the medical expenses, they are still will be left with a large portion of bills.   In addition,  Tom & Julie will have to miss work at times and not be able to make the money they normally would, which helps them stay current with bills and expenses.   This family has been under an extreme amount of emotional stress and could definitely use our assistance to take a worry off of their plate.   Please consider to contribute a little something towards our goal.   We are hoping this will assist them through the holidays and be able to ease their worries through Christopher's surgery’s  and recovery period.   Anything you can donate is greatly appreciated!
