Renee’s cancer fund

Hi, my name is Sabrina Robertson and I am trying to raise money to support my sister, Renee. She was diagnosed with Stage 1 (possibly stage two) ductal carcinoma invasive breast cancer. Unfortunately, she has a $10,000 deductible that has to be paid upfront before she can have surgery to remove the mass. She also needs radiation 5 days per week for at least 6 weeks, and possibly chemo (we’re not sure about that quite yet), and will be out of work for 6-8 weeks for recovery after the surgery. We are trying to raise money to help with her expenses.

For those that don’t know Renee, she is 46years old. She has been married to her husband Shawn for 23 years and together they have a 17 year old son who is entering his senior year of high school. Renee was raised in Fitzgerald Ga with her Dad but later moved and she attended Fernandina Beach High School and graduated in 1994. She is the sister of Elaine Bowen, Stephanie McCrocklin, and myself. She’s the daughter of Frances Wall and the late Johnny Bowen. Her stepdad is the late Ed “Wolfman” Wall who was well known and loved in our community here in Fernandina Beach.
