Help 

I don’t even know where to start, but my life has been slowly falling apart since I got sick and was abandoned by my ex-spouse in 2019. I’ve worked hard to pick myself up from that, but of course the pandemic and loss made that hard for everyone. 

Last year, I was climbing out of this hell and wrecked my car. The accident wasn’t my fault but I only had liability insurance and living pay check to pay check, affording the repairs to my car was impossible. So I reluctantly accepted help from my narcissistic disabled mother. 

For the first few months, things worked out ok, we made arrangements for me to use her vehicle for work as long as I paid for everything with her car. I also took her and my brother to all their appointments, paid for medical devices for my mother, paid the gas for all these trips and so on.   This soon turned into me handing over every single penny I made in order to keep a vehicle for work and to keep a roof over my head. I wasn’t able to save because I had nothing left not to mention my mother is a pill addict and a gambling addict.  A couple months ago, my mother’s narcissism, drug &amp; gambling addiction became so abusive and overwhelming I started staying at friends houses and getting rides to work when I could. I stopped relying on her car nearly a month ago because her abuse was getting increasingly worse.  She noticed this and demanded that we agree to another arrangement, in which I did (I have this in writing too). But that wasn’t good enough for her, so days after that agreement, she asked for more money and when I refused, she threatened to call the police and tell them I had been abusing her - clearly a lie.  So when I held my ground, she called the police and filed a false report of abuse. The officers did not find anything and I have witnesses of my whereabouts indicating I wasn’t even around her to be able to commit what she was accusing me of. 

But she took that false report to the judge the next day, talked them into a domestic violence TPO against me and in one fell swoop made me homeless and possibly jobless now too. I have sense filed a report against her filing a false report against me and I can take out the exact same orders against her (and I plan to) but she knows she’s left me homeless and without transportation, she knows this will hurt me and she did it because she was finally held accountable to her own agreements and promises.  In addition to this, my main financial account was hacked and closed. I’ve lost about $1000 alone just from that and missing work to deal with this. 

My life is in shambles and I need help. I don’t know what else to do. So I’m asking for help so I can deal with this matter and get as far away from this place as possible. My brother is also a deputy in this town who hates me and hates everything about me, so I have the odds stacked against me here and I need to leave and never look back. 

Anything will help, anything because right now I have nothing.
