Hello all! My name is RyLee and my sweet husband James has been in the hospital for 9 days. He was admitted under the assumption of having the measles and it has turned into a mystery of tests and guesses to find out the true cause of his condition. We now know he has Steven’s Johnson Syndrome. There is no treatment, only keeping him comfortable while he heals. We are just now turning a corner with his pain decreasing and his full body rash starting to look slightly better.

On top of all of this, two weeks before his hospitalisation he was in a car accident and we are trying to get his car repaired.

And the cherry on top, through all of this, our pup has tested positive for heart worms and needs treatment. Which is not cheap!

All of this to say, we would be INCREDIBLY thankful for any help we can get during this trying time. We are all alone in Washington with no one to help us. Both of our families are wishing us well from Texas, but sometimes you need a more. Any help will go toward hospital bills, hospital parking, supplemental income while James can’t work, and helping to pay for his car and our pups medical treatment. The world came crashing down around us all at once, and any help would be so so so helpful.
