Ryker the Corgi's Chemo

Ryker is the cutest, sweetest, most loveable corgi, and he was diagnosed with lymphoma on Monday 22nd of January, 2018.

Ryker is only 4 years old. Still a young pup who loves playing fetch, playing chase with his cat friends and getting petted by any walker, jogger or friendly person he happens to meet. He started feeling sick two nights ago, stopped eating and drinking, and we immediately took him to see an emergency vet. After one night of antibiotics and tests, his fever broke, but he was diagnosed with lymphoma. His lymph nodes are swollen and he has trouble swallowing. The swelling is so bad in fact that they are fighting to keep it from closing his airway. In order to make a real impact on the swelling and sent the lymphoma into remission the Vet wants to start him on chemotherapy ASAP. Up until the diagnosis the bill was just under $3000. The chemo could add up to another $5,000 based on what we have been quoted. These are just the costs we are aware of so far.

We absolutely adore Ryker. He is not just a dog to us, he is a part of our family, and we want to try everything we possibly can to help him. I know he still has so many walks to go on, so many balls to chase, and so many, many more hugs to give. He is the center of my world and has been a bright, shining light in all of our lives. 

We need to raise the money as soon as possible. The only reason we can consider treatment at this point is with help from you. My personal situation has been unstable due to my own unforseen health circumstances and I was barely staying afloat before this happened. Without your help, we really could lose Ryker.
