Ryanne & Angie's South Korea Trip

My wife Angie and daughter Ryanne want to visit South Korea this summer! Could you help me get them there? 

Let me tell you about 2 of the greatest people in my life and why they want to go:

My daughter, Ryanne, is 16 and has wanted to visit South Korea for a few years now. She is facinated by the language, the culture, and even the music! She has been teaching herself how to read, write and speak Korean and listens to Korean pop music every day.

After High School she would like to go to Korea through a Study Abroad Program and later possibly return to teach English as a Second Language.

My wife, Angie, has taught Spanish for over 20 years and has always loved to travel overseas and experience other cultures, but has only been able to do so once in the 25 years we've been married. 

Of course much of the trip would be fun, but Angie and Ryanne also want to learn more about the country, the people, and the culture so that Ryanne can know more about this country she's been dreaming about investing more of her life in later. Needless to say, the opportunity is huge for her.

Angie and Ryanne would be traveling with her best friend and her mom if they are able to go (and her friend has been teaching herself much of the same things about Korea that Ryanne's been learning - so they are really dedicated and focused!)

* HOW MUCH?
The total cost of the trip for Angie and Ryanne will be about $3000.

* WHEN?
Within 1-2 weeks after school is out for the summer (dates will be solidified as we get a bit closer)

We have been trying to earn and save money and will continue to do so, but things have been very tight financially for us and we could really use your help.

Any amount is greatly appreciated and if you know my ladies, you know that they are good ground to sow into.

Both Angie and Ryanne will update here often about things they are learning and are interested in and they will also communicate here during the trip as well.

I am also going to look into making small thank-you gifts for those who give over a certain amount, so I'll update here as that thought develops.
