Hello my name is Ryan Biter and I am a Singer Songwriter from Flagstaff Arizona.
https://soundcloud.com/ryan-biter-sax/sets/new-album-rough-and-raw-mixes
My new album is due out January 2018.
I started working on it January of 2017.
It has been a blast to write, arrange, produce, and record this album.
This year I was deeply inspired by bluegrass instrumentation, flatpicking, and pop song writing.
For this Album we took a decidedely old school approach. I wanted musicians playing live in a room. I wanted to hear people who like each other having fun making music. I wanted to have an album that was faithful and true to who I am as an artist.
Though the album is still reflective of my eclectic tastes and influences , I feel it is a huge step in starting to define my own unique sound and song writing voice.
If I could sum up this album with with one word it would be "Growth".
Mark Gifford had done a tremendous job of recording and helping me bring these songs to life.
The following musicians have helped shape this album.
Holly Brown- Harmony Vocals
Kendra Petersen- Cajon (on Sinking Ship)
Bob Waters- Banjo, Electric Bass, and Upright
Ken Collier- Mandolin
Hubert Payne- Drums
Mark Gifford - Dobro
I could use a little help to bring it to press.
Last album I sold a little under 400 copies. This time I am hoping to sell 1000. To print 1000 copies will cost about $1000
Mastering will cost about $500.
I also need to register the album with ASCAP so I can collect royalties on the album .
Any thing you can give is greatly appreiciated!
My goal is to raise $1500 by December 1st!
