Head Stone for Samuel

I am the grandmother of Samuel born with his twin Amari Gatewood. He was diagnosed with chromosome 13 during my daughter’s pregnancy. They were born 3 months premature due to his diagnosis. Amari weighed 1lb 3ozs. Samuel lived for 2 hrs and Amari stayed fighting for her life for 3 1/2 months in the hospital and surpassed many complications. Threw this whole time it was financially stressful on all of us. His death was very emotional and as well unexpected. It’s been hard to say the least to get him a head stone. I am asking for some assistance to be able to get him a little head stone. Just a little will go a long way
