Help us save our vehicle

We never ask for help, but the situation has gotten dire enough we have no choice.  As you may know, Herb was injured at work in August 2019 and is now unable to work.  We have had no income since May of this year due to the shutdown.   The disability insurance on our vehicle has stopped paying because the doctor refuses to sign the final paperwork stating his obligation ended when workman's comp settled the case.  Because of the shutdown situation, we used the settlement to pay our necessary bills through the end of the year because we didn't know when we would get back to work.   Today we received notice that unless payment is made we will lose our only dependable vehicle.  We have our house up for sale and was going to use part of the proceeds to pay on the vehicle but it is not selling as quickly as we hoped.   Herb has started the disability process but that may not come in quickly enough.   Any help you can provide will sincerely be appreciated.
