Being a Soldier in the United States Army I have found that one thing that builds strong families is something to be consistent within that family.  That rock from my family has been our dog Bastian for the past 4 years.  With me being gone and my wife holding down the house Bastian has been the only thing that has always been there for my kids.  We found this past week that Bastian has a bowel obstruction and the surgery to save his life is more then we can afford.  I hate to ask for help but I'm at the end of my ability and don't know where to go from here.  I just want my boy to be healthy and live the long life he deserves.  He has given us so much and it kills me not to be able to give back.
