Hey guys,
As I mentioned in an earlier post, I was recently blessed with the opportunity to travel to New York to perform in the amazing show listed above in the link, if you have a minute, check it out. I'd be leaving out on August 24th. This show is special because it speaks to the issues that we face everyday in St.Louis, and around the world.
For as long as I could remember, all I ever wanted to do was be on stage and perform because I believe that is my calling and I am finally getting the chance to do so. I participated in theatre all throughout school. I've performed at COCA, Stages, the GCPA, and The Muny. I am currently studying musical theatre at Columbia College Chicago, and I will be returning there in the spring semester to finish out my studies.
I generally am never one to reach out, but I would be forever appreciative if any of you could find it in your hearts (or pocketbooks) to give anything to support my journey. Or if you're not in the positon to give, simply share my link if you would. I've saved quite a bit over the summer, but the cost of living in New York and just spending money would be lovely. I would love to just focus on the body of work and not have to worry about money while I am there. Besides, one day when I give that BIG ACCEPTANCE speech, I might even throw in a shoutout.
