A Vision Bigger Than the Smoky Mountains: Eunoia Health Tech’s Fight for a Better Tomorrow
 Picture this: You’re standing on a ridge in Eastern Tennessee, the Smoky Mountains stretching out like a promise of peace, their misty peaks cradling a valley buzzing with potential. Now imagine that valley transformed—not just a pretty postcard, but a lifeline. A place where 100 homeless and low-income individuals trade the uncertainty of the streets for the stability of tiny homes. Where a veteran who once slept under a bridge unlocks the door to his own space, a single mother learns carpentry to build a future for her kids, and a young adult masters coding to rewrite their destiny. This isn’t a daydream—it’s the future Eunoia Health Tech (@healthe23) is building, and we need you to make it real.
 Since June 2023, Brett Buzzelli BSN-RN of BU ART Holdings LLC and David Powers, CEO President &amp; Founder of Jung-Powers &amp; Associates LLC, have been pouring their hearts into this Philadelphia-based 501c3. What started as a spark of hope has ignited into a movement, and since January 2024, we’ve been charging toward a $120k capital campaign to raise $100 million. This isn’t just about funds—it’s about rewriting the rules of affordable housing, mental health, real estate, finance, business development, and personal wellness. And right now, we’re laser-focused on a critical piece of that vision: raising $2,200 by Sept 30th 2025, to secure land in Eastern Tennessee and build a community of tiny homes.
 The Crisis We’re Tackling Head-On Eastern Tennessee is a land of rugged beauty and resilient people, but it’s also home to a silent crisis. Homelessness is growing, especially in rural areas hit by economic shifts and a dire shortage of affordable housing. The facts paint a grim picture:
 • Families huddle in cars or under tarps, exposed to the elements, with no safe place to call home. • Without an address, jobs, healthcare, and basic services slip out of reach, trapping people in a cycle of despair. • In 2023, Tennessee’s homelessness rates climbed, with Eastern Tennessee feeling the strain of limited resources.
 Think of a single mother shielding her child from a cold Tennessee night, or a veteran whose service earned them honor but not a roof. These are real people—our neighbors—and they’re counting on us. At Eunoia Health Tech, we’re not just here to sympathize; we’re here to act. We’re offering a hand up, building a bridge from survival to thriving.
 Tiny Homes, Massive Change
 Our plan is as bold as it is practical: raise $2,200 to buy a plot of land in Eastern Tennessee and construct tiny living dwellings for 100 individuals. These aren’t just shelters—they’re launchpads for new lives. Here’s the blueprint:
 • Safe &amp; Sustainable: Compact, eco-friendly homes offering warmth, security, and pride—all at a fraction of traditional housing costs.  • A Community of Healing: A space where residents connect, support each other, and grow, nestled in Tennessee’s natural embrace.
 • Proof It Works: Tiny home villages have slashed homelessness by up to 40% in cities like Austin and Portland. We’re bringing that success to Tennessee.
Imagine a row of sturdy little homes glowing in the twilight, each one a symbol of hope. Inside, a resident hangs a photo on the wall—the first time they’ve had a wall to call their own. This is the magic of tiny homes: affordable, immediate, and life-changing. But we can’t build it without you. Every dollar donated to our GoFundMe lays another brick in this foundation.
 Skills That Rewrite Futures  Housing is step one, but empowerment is the goal. We’re not just giving people a roof—we’re giving them tools to break free from poverty. During their stay, residents will dive into trade and skill training:
 • Carpentry: Crafting furniture or framing homes, turning sweat into skills and skills into income.  • Gardening: Growing food and flowers, feeding themselves and maybe even selling extras at local markets.
• Tech Skills: Learning coding or IT basics, unlocking remote job opportunities in a digital world. • Entrepreneurship: Mastering the art of starting a business, from selling crafts to launching services.
Picture a resident sanding down a table they built, their hands steady with purpose. Another kneels in a garden, coaxing life from the soil and confidence from within. One types code on a borrowed laptop, prepping for a job interview, while another sketches a logo for their dream venture. These aren’t just skills—they’re tickets to independence, whether through a paycheck or a business of their own. We’re shattering the cycle of homelessness, one lesson at a time.
 Inventing the Possibility: A Deadline We Won’t Miss  Since January 2024, we’ve been on a mission to invent the possibility of bringing this funding campaign to completion. Raising $2,200 by September 30th 2025, isn’t a maybe—it’s a must. Here’s how we’re making it happen:
