Show Your Care for John O'Day

After over a year of trying to figure out why his right leg was so weak (including an unnecessary spine surgery), John was diagnosed with ALS in November 2020. 3 weeks after the diagnosis he went into respiratory failure and now relies on a ventilator to breathe. As he transitions back to home life in this new chapter, John and his family have several unanticipated costs for equipment, including a power wheelchair, wheelchair lift, standing lift, and ADA van. Additionally, he will need around-the-clock care from family and part-time hired help. These are immediate costs that no one could have anticipated, and so we are asking for your support. 

John is the most kind, caring, funny person and has touched so many people's lives throughout the years. Somehow he has kept his smile and light-hearted sense of humor through all of these incredibly hard changes. Please consider contributing any amount to John's unanticipated medical costs as a way to show your support and care.
