Our dear friend Nancy is in the midst of a courageous battle with cancer, continuing her treatments with unwavering strength. On top of her own health challenges, she is also the full-time caregiver for her autistic son and is supporting her other son, who is currently awaiting a heart transplant. Despite everything, Nancy continues to give her all for her family — but the emotional and financial strain is immense.
