Russell St. Germain Memorial Fund
We mourn the amazing life of Russell Philip St. Germain (45) whose life was cut short by cancer on April 30, 2019. A well respected and adored music teacher for over twenty years, he will be sorely missed by his friends and family. Beloved husband of Daniel Pritscher, this funding campaign is set up to assist Dan with the fallout of becoming a widow and to help memorialize Russell's wonderful impact on the people surrounding him. Dan's public announcement of Russell's passing was quoted on Facebook as follows:
"Today I lost the love of my life. This morning my husband Russell passed away. He had stage 4 lung cancer and we had recently learned it has been spreading aggressively. We thought we were working with months and months of time. He had been in the hospital for a few days for a seemingly treatable complication. Even as late as yesterday we were thinking in terms of getting him up on his feet and going home in a few days. This morning something changed and he started to feel intense pain. A lot happened very fast and it was not long before the doctors were having a difficult conversation with me and all of our efforts changed to making him comfortable. It all happened very fast and he wasn't in pain for long. I was there with him in the end along with his mother and my family. My heart is absolutely broken. Everything happened so fast. It all happened in a matter of a few hours. I love him so much and I am completely destroyed right now. There will not be a service for him. We are going to have a very small private celebration of his life. I appreciate everyones well wishes. He is my absolute best friend and my True Love. I truly don't know what I am going to do without him. He was everything to me."
