Russ Bouveur White Rock Lake Fire Relief

Hi, my name is Ryan Lopes. I’m putting out a call to action for one of the hardest working guys I know. Russ is a solid, community oriented, self employed family man, and has had a tougher year for billing out work. He has been without an income for probably a month or longer fighting the White Rock Lake fire that swept through his community of Monte Lake & Paxton Valley. Russ is one of 9 or so locals that stayed to put out fires in Paxton Valley when BCWS was absent. They saved multiple structures on their own and guaranteed homes to a half dozen or so returning families. Putting in up to 22hr days for weeks now tirelessly helping his community without a pay check or the expectation of one. Russ is still fighting the battle while his family is evacuated, seeing his daughter once for a few minutes in weeks as pictured. He’s too proud to even expect something like this GoFundMe, but that’s what friends and community do to recognize the heroics of others.

Thankfully he was also able to save his home and equipment, but it would be a shame to see him lose any of it to the bank now. Let’s give this guy some stress relief and help him with the bills that won’t stop coming regardless of his situation.
