Pulmonary Fibrosis is a progressive and terminal lung disease, with no cure. There are only two drugs that help slow the disease's progression and a lung transplant is the last resort for those living with this devastating disease.
Are you wondering how you can show support during these times.....?
A couple years ago, my siblings and I created The Dream Team as a way to show our Dad support!
We would like to continue to show this support by challenging all of you to complete the $1 for 1K for Pulmonary Fibrosis!
