Running the Henday for Mental Health

Hello fellow homo sapiens. 2020 was a rough year, I think most of us can agree upon that. For 2021, I’d like to start things off on a positive note and raise money for a cause very dear to my heart, Mental Health. To show my support, I will be running the length (77.95km) of the Anthony Henday Drive around Edmonton, AB in honour of people who have lost their lives due to reasons associated with mental illness, and not to forget those currently battling mental illness. I plan to complete this distance in under 10 hours. This will take place in May or June 2021 (date TBD). I promise I will complete the mega marathon faster than it took to construct the Anthony Henday Drive itself (16 years). I apologize to any Edmontonians if that still stings the wound. I figure 5 months will be enough time to train my body and the reconstructed ACL ligament that found a home in my right knee back in 2016. A huge thank you goes out to each and every donor supporting this cause. I appreciate you. Love weighs more than gold.
