<div>Three years ago, I downloaded Couch to 5K to support my best friend before her wedding. At the time, I was a bridesmaid who hated running — I could barely manage 1K without wanting to quit.

<div>But I kept going. Step by step, run by run, something shifted.

<div>Now, I’ve signed up for my first ever half marathon in Marbella. It’s the biggest running challenge of my life, and I’m doing it not just to prove how far I’ve come, but to raise funds for a cause that means the world to me.

<div>Sienna’s Legacy
</div>
<div>Earlier this year, a dear friend of mine gave birth to her beautiful daughter, Sienna, who was sadly born sleeping. Sienna touched the hearts of so many in her short time. Her mum, Hayley, was in a coma when she was born and was unable to meet her little girl for four days because the hospital did not have a cuddle cot.

<div>A cuddle cot is a specially designed cooling cot that allows bereaved families the precious gift of time with their babies — time to bond, to say goodbye, and to create lasting memories.
</div>

<div>Hayley is determined to turn her grief into something powerful: raising funds to provide cuddle cots to hospitals across Spain, so that other families will not face the same loss of time.
</div>
