<div>On 19th April, I’ll be running the Manchester Marathon to raise money for Forget Me Nots, a local community centre in Bicester that provides vital support for elderly people and those living with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

<div>Forget Me Nots runs twice a week, offering a safe, welcoming space where people can come together for food, drinks, entertainment and most importantly, companionship.

<div>For many who attend, these sessions are the highlight of their week. They help reduce loneliness, provide structure and routine, and give families reassurance that their loved ones are somewhere caring and supportive.
