<div>Hi, I’m Lianne, and this year I’m taking on the Great South Run to raise money for The Apuldram Centre, a charity that’s very close to my heart.

<div>Running isn’t something I’ve done much in the past. Truth be told, I’d normally much rather be sitting down at home than heading out for miles of training! But over the last 6 months I’ve been putting in the effort, because I know this challenge is for a cause that really matters.
</div>

<div>I’m fortunate enough to work at The Apuldram Centre, where I see first-hand the difference it makes to the lives of adults with learning disabilities. The people we support are incredible, and I feel very lucky to know them. The staff and volunteers are equally inspiring, creating a supportive community where everyone can thrive.

<div>The money raised will go directly to The Apuldram Centre, helping provide meaningful activities, opportunities and support that empower adults with learning disabilities to live independent, fulfilling lives. From building skills to growing confidence and friendships, every donation makes a real difference.

<div>Ten miles might be tough for me, but knowing I’m helping such an amazing cause will keep me moving. Any support you can give, big or small, would mean so much.
