<div>I’ve struggled with my mental health for years, and at one point recently it led me to attempt to take my own life. Thankfully, I was given another chance and now I’m determined to use that experience to raise awareness and support others who may be suffering in silence.

<div>That’s why I’m running the Oxford Half Marathon October 12th in support of Two Pints Deep — a charity that helps break the stigma around men’s mental health and encourages real, open conversations. Their message really resonates with me. So often, it feels like we only open up after “two pints deep,” when in reality, talking should never need an excuse.

<div>I want to use this challenge not only to push myself but also to raise awareness and funds for a cause that could help others like me — people who are struggling quietly, feeling scared, and unsure of where to turn.
