<div>Did you know that only around 1% of the population has ever finished a full marathon!? I have some exciting news to share—I will be running the LA Marathon this March! This is a huge personal goal for me. Growing up near Los Angeles, I always dreamed of what it would be like to run this iconic race, and after 10 years of running, I’m finally ready to take on the challenge.

<div>But this race isn’t just about me. I’m running in honor of my Uncle Kevin—‘Coach Kevin,’ as I called him. When it came to exercise and staying healthy, he was my biggest cheerleader and the reason I laced up my running shoes all those years ago. Kevin passed away this year after a long battle with prostate cancer, which led to MDS leukemia. He was a fighter, and a personal hero, and I want to honor his memory by doing something meaningful.

<div>That’s why I’m also running to support the St. Jude Children’s Hospital, a wonderful organization dedicated to advancing cures and prevention for pediatric catastrophic diseases – a cause that was near and dear to Uncle Kevin. My goal is to raise $2,500* and I can’t do it without your help.
