Hi ~ Welcome to my marathon fundraising page! When my son Calvin was born we were quite surprised. He was not only born at just 25 weeks and 5 days, weighing only 1lb 6oz, but he was also born with Trisomy 21, also known as Down Syndrome. Our emotions took many twists and turns in those early days and I remember being amazed that there was person and an organization that wanted to CONGRATULATE us and CELEBRATE our dear Calvin, who we already loved so much. Words will fail me to describe what it meant to have someone enter our grief and confusion with pure light and assurances that everything would be okay if we just gave him what every other baby needs - love.  Will to join me in making a difference? I'm running my FIRST marathon in October 2021 to benefit Jack's Basket, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your donation to this cause that means so much to me.
