<div>This Thanksgiving Sunday, Jeff and I are running the Royal Victoria Marathon, Jeff is taking on his first full and I’m running the half. In total we’ll be running 63.3 km and we’d like to dedicate those kilometres to raising funds for the Calgary Food Bank.

<div>Thanksgiving has always been special to us because it’s a time to gather with loved ones, share a meal and reflect on what we’re grateful for. We also know that not everyone in our community has that same security, not only at Thanksgiving but all year round. The Calgary Food Bank does important work to meet that need.

<div>We’ve set a fundraising goal of $633. $10 for every kilometre we’ll run on race day. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference. If donating isn’t possible, sharing this page is another great way to help. And if you’re not in Calgary and would prefer to contribute to your direct community, we’d love it if you considered giving to your local food bank.
