<div>Hello people, my name is Dan and im currently working on my fitness and thought why not try and do a positive thing at the same time. Starting in January im going to run 5k 4 times a week, Monday Wednesday Thursday and Sundays to try and raise some money for Cancer Research UK. Initially what i wanted to do is everyday in January but i have my children so can only do the 4 days but thats 20 miles a week which will be a great challenge for me. I've lost family to this horrible disease and also work daily with people receiving treatment and battling it. Help me help others, any donations will be going to a good cause and will make a difference!
