Hello! Kate and Adam Eskuri here. Coming at ya from the Duluth Northwoods. We are a husband and wife duo who are in the process of training for the 2018 Boston Marathon-- but we wanted our race and training to represent something bigger

OUR MISSION: To bring awareness and funds to the incredible "Save The Boundary Waters" movement and organization.

#SaveTheBWCA is the driving force in ensuring permanent protection for the BWCA and its thousands of lakes and million acres of forests. The Boundary Waters needs us more than ever with proposed sulfide-ore copper mining on the wilderness edge...

TO SUM IT UP: We are just a couple of average joe runners trying to protect a WAYYYY above-average National Forest.

OUR GOAL
we are working to raise thousands to help and represent each one of those irreplaceable, life-changing lakes. We are looking to raise $100 for every mile we run of the marathon!

Whether you want to sponsor us a dollar per mile for a long run ($15-$22) , the marathon ($26.20 donation!), or even beyond, EVERY penny you donate will be heading directly towards the amazing organization workin' their tails off to protect this ONE OF A KIND land.
