Help Freeway to walk again!

Hi, my name is Freeway.  I'm a two year old male lab-mix.  I was walking at night through a construction area next to the freeway (hence my name) when I was hit by a car.  Some nice people found me and took me to the emergency clinic where the vets made the pain stop.  But I can't walk now.  One of my back legs was broken, the other shattered.  Surprisingly, nothing else was damaged, other than scrapes and bruises. The nice people who rescued me were able to find a vet willing to do the surgery I need at half price, but he can't start until the money is there.   They say the surgery will cost around $5,000.  My rescuers can't afford that, so I'm looking for other nice people to help out.  Will you please help me get my surgery paid for?  I can't wait to get back to romping around, playing fetch and chasing squirrels!
