Justice Rising is a partner of OnexOne's Future Fund. They are an amazing NGO working with communities in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Syria and Iraq, to provide quality education for children in areas affected by war and conflict.

On 22 May 2021 Mt Nyiragongo, an active volcano located on the edge of Goma, erupted. The eruption affected the whole city and destroyed 2 schools built by Justice Rising and caused significant structural disrepair to others in the area.

We were so shocked and saddened to hear about the devastation in Goma; we knew we had to support in both prayer and action.

on 25th September 2021 our generous community of givers will #RunforGoma.

We are asking everyone to consider running a 5k, 10k, half marathon or even full marathon to raise as much money as possible to assist Justice Rising in rebuilding and repairing the schools in Goma.

The need is great. Finance is needed for the rebuilding and repairing of schools; disaster relief for those who are displaced and the provision of wages for faculty and education for children whilst the schools are being repaired.
