Runar Jensen's memorial fund
Donation protected
Runar Jensen passed away within this past week. He had one child, Oskar, who is 9 years old. Runar spent much of his adult life helping the homeless and people with disabilities. In December, 2016, he resigned from his Supervisor position with the Arkansas Department of Human Services, Division of Services for the Blind to become a contractor for the State of Tennessee for Vocational Rehabilition services for adults with disabilities (to help people with disabilities get work and be productive citizens). He also recently formed a partnership called Transition Workforce to help students aged 14 to 21 graduate and become productive citizens after
high school. He was quite the idealist and had limitless ideas and energy to make the world a better place. We haven't been able to locate a Life Insurance Policy - I believe that he planned to get this, but had not completed the process (I found several applications on his desk). In order to help defray funeral expenses and to provide some financial support for Oskar, please consider donating in Runar's memory. Thank you so much.
