Run in Darkness & Light #run4pieta

A group of Carrigaline GAA players will “Run in Darkness & Light” for 72 hours straight from 7pm Thursday April 30th until 7pm Sunday May 3rd in aid of Pieta House. We will run in consecutive one hour slots for 72 hours straight! There will also be multiple other #Run4Pieta Events throughout May all around the country. Each player will: ·         Run ON THEIR OWN within 2km of their home. ·         Complete three runs over the 72 hours. ·         At least one run between the hours of 11pm and 6am. When we saw that Darkness into Light was cancelled due to Covid-19 we decided we wanted to do a fundraiser as we were aware how important this fundraiser was for Pieta House. All donations of any size hugely appreciated and will go directly to Pieta House. We encourage others to join in by doing a walk/run in darkness and in light during this weekend also and post on Instagram tagging @run4pieta or using #run4pieta so we can raise awareness for Pieta House and make a difference.
