This Sunday, I will be running the New York City Marathon with the Gilda's Club of New York City Team.
As part of my contribution to the team, I have pledged a donation of $2,500 dollars to Gilda's Club. I would sincerely appreciate your support in raising these funds and am hoping our contributions can exceed my pledge!
Background on the NYC Marathon:
-Largest marathon in the world
-Has been run since 1970
-26.2 miles
-Estimated 50,000 runners
Background on Gilda's Club:
-Creates welcoming communities of free support for everyone living with cancer – men, women, teens and children – along with their families and friends
- First opened in 1995
- NYC Clubhouse is 3 blocks from my apartment!
Anyone in New York this weekend, I would love to see you out on the course! Text me (860-967-9839) and I can fill you in on where some other family and friends will be watching from!
