Next weekend Adeline, Rory and I will be lacing up for the Dunedin half marathon—Rory and I will be running the half marathon and Adeline will take on the 10km. After the recent disaster in Nepal we want to turn our kilometers into something that brings real hope to families who have lost homes and everything they depended on. Small steps add up when people come together to help others in need.

We are supporting Samaritan's Purse because they respond quickly to natural disasters, bringing emergency relief, compassionate care, and practical rebuilding assistance. Their teams stay to rebuild homes for families with nowhere else to turn and they share comfort rooted in faith as they serve. That mix of urgent action and lasting support is exactly what devastated communities need right now. Samaritan's Purse deliver food, shelter, medical care and long-term rebuilding to people in Nepal who are facing unimaginable loss.
