Run for Mom: Raising money for ITC
Donation protected
Hi and thanks for checking out my gofund me page.
Unfortunately my mom passed away on the 6th July after a short fight with cancer of the brain and as you can imagine this has hit me, my sister, Helen, my dad, Ian and all my family and friends tremedously hard.
However to turn a negative situation into a positive one, me and some close friends have decided to run the Birmingham half marathon on the 15th October to raise money for the intensive care unit at New cross hospital (wolverhampton).
They were absolutely amazing during my moms final days. The help, love and support me, Helen & Dad received from the nurses helped us through some of the hardest days we've ever had to face.
The funds we raise will go directly to the ward to help purchase life saving machines and other equipment they need to do such amazing work on a daily basis!
We are now currently training hard and getting ready for our first half
marathon!!!! We cannot wait!
any support or donations would be hugely appreciated!
thanks again
James
