Our names are Faith and Skye and we are running for MIND UK! We know the affect mental health has on people and we think support should be readily available so we decided to choose this charity to run for.

In England, approximately one in four adults and one in ten children experience mental health problems. More specifically, 45.8 million adults in England report experiencing symptoms of common mental health problems like anxiety and depression each week. Approximately two-thirds of people experiencing mental health problems don't receive the care they need, which is why we feel it is important to shine light on an important topic!!
