<div>The South Westmeath Hospice Foundation was established in 1994 to provide compassionate palliative care and respite to patients, families, and staff at St. Vincent's Hospital in Athlone. The Home Care team also supports patients with life-threatening illnesses and their families at home in Athlone, Moate, Glasson, Castledaly, Tang, Ballymore, Ballinahown, Mount Temple, Monksland, South Roscommon, and the surrounding areas.
